Monte Vista Landscape is a family owned business since the late 1970s. It was established in Orange County by the owner's father. Our company does full landscape construction and design for residential and commercial properties. We also do full landscape maintenance and tree trimming in Orange County and in the surrounding communities.

 

Monte Vista Landscape owner overlook every construction project. We also have a foreman that supervises our crews and implements project plans. This involves supervising our masonry, irrigation and demolition & clean-up crews. The owner and foreman personally buy all the materials for all the projects. They buys top quality products and materials at nurseries, building and construction supply stores that cater to contractors. We like doing our jobs right the first time, by using superior products and materials that are excellent in use and long lasting. The owner and the foreman are able to give full attention to our projects out in the field by having myself take care of things in the office and overseeing our landscape maintenance customers.

 

Monte Vista Landscape is licensed with the California Contractors State Contractors License Board (CSLB). We carry workman's comp, general liability insurance and we are bonded. We have satisfactorily completed every job that we've ever started and we have a clean record with the CSLB.

 

Our average landscape construction project is $20,000, and throughout the years we've done many projects over the $100,000 range. We take on projects that are approximately $3,500 and over, throughout the years this has become our position in the industry. We have been consistently very busy, but we are generally able to start new projects within 2 weeks or less. On landscape construction projects we can provide free rough drawings or sketches for your project to get a rough idea, or we offer blue print designs by our landscape designer for a fee. Projects that require city permits we can help you by doing all the paper work. Projects that require association approval, we can help you get the drawings and paper work for submittal. In the last couple of years we have not had any slow seasons in a field that tends to have many ups and downs. Our company has kept expanding year after year due to our quality service and customer satisfaction.
